The Khyber has a wide nose, generous sidecut, hybrid rocker and comes with 20-25mm of taper. These features provide excellent float and maneuverability in powder conditions. Amazingly, the Khyber still performs on hard pack, groomers and variable snow pack. The Khyber is an all mountain ride and makes riding tight trees and critical sections easier than you've ever dreamed possible.
The Khyber is named after an off-piste area on Whistler Mountain that is legendary for its treed powder stashes. There is a great view of the Khyber region from the Prior factory - on a good day we can ride the Khyber trees almost into our back door.
Best for -
Powder of all kinds, tight trees, pillow lines, chutes, etc. Also performs in variable conditions including hardpack, groomers and crud. Rides switch with ease on the hardpack too.

The Khyber offers all mountain versatility and is an excellent choice for riders of all abilities who want to maximize their powder pleasure while minimizing back leg burn with a quick-turning, surfy ride. The Khyber can be used as a one board quiver in areas that get plenty of snow (like Whistler!).
