Rocker Technology The Backcountry Splitboard is designed to provide a smooth, fast ride in the complete gamut of winter conditions. New Hybrid Rocker frees up the tip and tail resulting in an improved powder ride with more effortless edge to edge transition.  Its classic freeride shape has a moderately long sidecut for maximum uphill efficiency and edgehold through varied conditions. Minimal taper provides extra power and drive off the tail to catapult you through turns with extra energy and speed. The BC Split with Hybrid Rocker is the most popular board amongst snowboarders who make their living in the backcountry.

Best for - Fall-line speed, powder, crud, hardpack, crust - all winter snowpacks.

Rider type - Self propelled backcountry freeriders, guides and explorers whose style is more geared towards fall line speed and large arcing turns. It's also popular with multi-day trekkers seeking to maximize their skinning efficiency without compromising downhill performance.

PS. WANT FULL CAMBER? - You can purchase your BC Split with full length traditional camber throughout the boards running length.  Simply mention "I want traditional camber" in the comments box of the online order form.
